Those that "flip houses" are like real estate agents without a real estate license. The "flipper" buys real estate, makes improvements (sometimes) and then resells it for, usually a very large, profit.
The flipper buys houses at very low price and then resells it at a higher price.
An experienced flipper will buy and sell an average of six houses per year and make an average of $15,000 to $20,000 per sale! Many have crews and do many, many more!
